I got to go to an OU softball game yesterday! LOVED MY LIFE! They won 5-0! I had seats behind home plate, got to meet the coach and team and took photos with them. Colby bought me a pretzel and Gatorade at the game.... AMAZING! That's all I can say!

So I have now been put into the Primary.... first counselor. What a change from Y.W. It's only been one week, but I can already tell that it is going to be an adventure. I'm still so new in the ward, I don't know anyone so now that I will be in primary I really won't get to know to many people, kids but not many adults. I said to someone, "aren't you suppose to have kids or be at least 35 to be in the Primary presidency..." I get to write the program too.... oh boy!

Colby's calling keeps him busy (ward mission leader) and keeps the missionaries in our house quit a bit. We feed them off and on too, which means more cooking for me. Every Saturday they have a meeting, luckily not all of them have been at our house, just most of them.

Anyway, that's some of what's on my mind....

I had looked for jobs and applied to for a few on-line once we realized moving to North Platte was pretty much what we would be doing.... I applied for a teller position at Wells Fargo and had two phone interviews/screenings and then set up an appointment for a face to face interview once I got out here, I had that on Wed and got a call Fri from the manager offering me the job. I will start as soon as my background check is complete. :o)

ALL OF OUR STUFF FROM STORAGE IS NOW IN NEBRASKA, NOT UNLOADED BUT IN NEBRASKA. COLBY'S DAD TOOK A TRAILER OUT TODAY AND WHEN I TALKED TO HIM ABOUT 20 MINS AGO HE WAS 75 MILES FROM NORTH PLATTE. ALL THAT'S LEFT IN IDAHO IS ME, CHUNK, MY CLOTHES THAT ARE IN SODA, THE TRAIL BLAZER AND THE SNOW BLOWER. SO I GUESS THAT MEANS I'M ONE WEEK CLOSER TO LEAVING IDAHO. CRAZY! TIME GOES TO FAST SOMETIMES. I'M AMAZED AT HOW FAST JANUARY AND THE FIRST PART OF FEBRUARY HAS GONE. WHICH IS A GOOD THING I GUESS.

not really sure about life. colby has been gone 22 days, i'm working in soda, going to inkom on the weekends for church (to still be with my YW) chunk is acting up, ie running away for a while and going potty in the house, don't know when i'm going to nebraska, don't know if i should keep going to inkom on the weekends(even if I am happy when I'm there) not working very many hours, can't sleep very well, finished my personal progress so now i have more time to do nothing..............

YES it's true, if you think you've heard a rumor that we are moving, well we are. Colby leaves January 2nd, and I will follow after a little while depending on how the job is and how fast he can find a good place to live. I will be moving too, just to Soda Springs with the in-laws for awhile. Chunk and I will be living it up (ha ha). I guess ya all might want to know where we are going.... North Platte, Nebraska. Yes, far away from Idaho, but it's actually only one state away. A 12 hour drive, according to mapquest only about 10 on Colby's new Tom-Tom GPS, we didn't want him to get lost. The job is with Union Pacific Railroad, he will be running equipment and installing communication lines in the North Platte Bailey Yard. We are lucky because it's only five days a week and during daylight hours, unless there is an emergency. Oh and full benefits, yeah he will have to pay union dues but still a much better job.

We love the ward, the town, the people, the atmosphere, the non-big city, our callings, being close to family.... ect. I love my calling of being in the Young Womens presidency, I'm the secretary. I have grown so close to the girls, I feel like I am just getting to know some of them and then BAM, I guess that's how it works though. When Colby got the call that he might possibly get the job out there I cried thinking about leaving the girls... most of you know I'm not a crier. I don't know what it is about the youth of the church, but they are amazing. Going from work, with troubled youth during the week then with these amazing kids during church or mutual is just an entire shift, a good one though. I hope the girls know that I love them and will miss them. That's another reason I am staying behind until we find a place, I am going to keep going to my Inkom ward.

It's been a long time, but we haven't done much but work, so I guess that's why no blogging for a while. Last month we went to SLC for the Pughs homecoming talk, we went down on Saturday, went to a session, checked into our hotel, went to P.F. Changs ( not a fan) went to IKEA (which Colby decided is one of his favorite stores now) and then went and had a BBQ with the Littles (one of Colby's companions). Went back to hotel watched "Richie Rich" and went to bed. What a vacation.

On August first we went to a wedding in Twin Falls and cooked, it was super hot. I took Colby to the waterfall that you can go behind (my favorite stop in Twin).

We went to Shoshone Falls for a little bit.

Being a holiday weekend you'd think we would have a little R&R.... ha ha that's funny. We helped with the Artic Circle float in Soda Springs, so that took most of Friday and Saturday. On my way home, Saturday night, I stopped to check the mail. Chunk was with me, sleeping in the front seat, so I ran in checked the box and walked back out to find my car was locked and running. Chunk had stepped on the lock button after I had got out, he has a tendency to wait for me in my seat after I leave. So I called Colby and we had to have someone come un-lock it for us. Earlier in the day we had heard that Inkom was flooding (where we are currently living) so there was mud all over the place. Not in our apartment though.

We went to church the next morning and only had sacrament meeting and then were to report back to the church ready to work. I was sustained to my new calling, but not set apart that day as well.... I'm the new YW secretary.

Sunday we hauled a lot of water and mud out of homes of those around us. We loaded a lot of debris from the banks of the creek also. There were tons of people out to help, it was amazing to see so many people come together for one cause. The youth amazed me the most, they jumped in and did whatever they could and more. Bucket lines were formed in many places. Props to everyone!

We have just been working and trying to keep up with life. Chunk has been a handful, he ate some rat posion the first day we had him, so he had and ER visit to the Vet. Then a few weeks later he got his shots.... about 5 hours later he started to swell up. Yep, back to the Vet for some steriods, he was allergic to the shots. Then last night we came home and he had dug up some more posion from who knows where. This time we just gave him peroxide and he threw up, we think he just chewed it up because there was no green in his up-chuck.

Besides that we really aren't up to much.... work work work

So, I got a phone call this morning asking if I wanted to go on a bike ride. I said yes and then discovered it was more of an adventure.... we were riding from Inkom to McCammon. Which I keep telling myself "I'm going to die" and "no you're not". I knew I was going to have to do something to make me tierd so I could take a nap before my graveyard (where I am now), taking a 24 almost 25 mile bike ride wasn't what I had planned but it sure did work. I went with Mike and Laura Nielsen and their two kids, Mike pulled them. I wasn't sure how well I was going to do, but I did better than I thought. I did walk some, and took one break. I got really hot and felt lite headed, so I sat down for a few minutes and then was back up and off we went.

We took the back roads, which I might add is also the hilly roads. I haven't rode that far or on that many hills since my mission. We went 30 mph down a few hills, it would have been faster but I really didn't feel like crashing and I wanted the down hill to last longer.

Colby and I were in Soda last week, suprise suprise, and we were on our way home and we saw a Bald Eagle. I almost didn't take the camera, I'm glad I did!

Well it's been a week now and I guess I could write about what we have been up to... not that a lot happens. We went down to SLC for conference, the Sunday afternoon session and got to sit with some girls from Stage College, Pa! yay for the Hulets. After conference we checked into our hotel in Sandy, changed clothes and headed to Pleasant Grove for our mission reunion! It was great to see the Jensen family and the ex-missionaries that were there. It was a blast! We got back to Sandy and pretty much went right to bed, Colby read from his book about Porter Rockwell while I posted pics from the reunion.

Monday, my birthday, we went to Park City. Colby had never been to there so it was a first for him. We did some shopping and then went into SLC on our way home. We went on top of the conference center and learned that they don't use real dirt for the trees, wild. We took some photos, walked around temple square for a few minutes. We typed in the address for 5 Guys in Bountiful and off we went. My mouth started watering long before we got there.

After an awesome meal it was time to go home... well that was the plan. We ended up stoping just outside of Logan to see a few nieces and a nephew. Oh, I also had Colby stop at Target so I could get season 4 of the Office for $19.00, steal of a deal!

It's been a long time, almost a month so I'm trying to figure out what has happened since the last time I blogged. I don't remember if I wrote about Colby's new job, and I didn't take time to read over my old posts. He is working in Soda Springs, his home town, at a grain elevator. He worked there in high school. He has been staying with his parents during the week, the last couple of weeks I have been going down on Sunday nights and staying until Tuesday afternoon, since I don't work until Wed morning, sometimes I have a meeting Tuesday afternoon. I've applied for some jobs, no word and it's been almost a month too.

During the day I watch some TV, play with my photoshop elements, my mother-in-laws cricket and our scrapbook. I finally got the pictures from our wedding printed. Over 500 photos! So, I've got a lot of work to do. Also, I am able to make Colby lunch. He gets an hour for lunch, he usually only takes a half-hour, darn work-a-holic.

Anyway, heres a few photos I took this weekend. The first two are before and after I played with it in photoshop.

How blessed we really are.....

We had the opportunity to go to a funeral this week for a man from Soda Springs that Colby knew that was killed in an avalanche. Honestly, I really don't like going to funerals. When we got there the line to see the family was super long, and when we went to find seating there were a ton of people already sitting, so we decided to go ahead and get a seat. As the time for the funeral got closer the seats filled and more chairs were set up. The gym and stage was full of people. It reminded me of my Dad's funeral, the huge amount of people that is.

Anyway, the service was full of family members speaking and singing. All of his sibilings spoke. His two brothers spoke a lot about the gospel and the plan that our Father in Heaven has for us, how he and his family have been sealed by the power of the priesthood and will be able to live together again in the life after. Even though he is no longer on Earth he is still living and watching over his family.

It's amazing how blessed we are to have the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the power of the priesthood restored to the Earth. I know that I don't appreciate it enough in my life. Sitting at that funeral and listening to the stories about this man, his family and that we are able to experience things in this life and in the life after made me really appreciate the gospel more and want to live it better, and be a better person.

Before going to the Brian Regan show we went to Colby's high school friend Katie's house and we played guitar hero, mostly Colby played. Katie and I chatted and made dinner. Katie and Colby battled it out, Katie kicked his but- she was on expert too.

Here's Brian..... the show was great! We were in Section A, row G and seats 31 and 32. We could see his facial expressions, oh so funny. Most of the show was new material too :o)

We found out there is going to be a mission Reunion, for the missionaries that served under President and Sister Jensen, in Pleasant Grove, Utah on April 5. My birthday is the 6th so I decided I wanted to stay in a hotel after and have my birthday away from home and have 5 guys burgers and fries on my birthday :) So, I got on and booked a hotel in Sandy. King size bed, stove, full fridge ect.... for $45! I'm super excited! Colby said miracles do happen.... I don't ask for things and so when I asked for this he was game. I told him we could go to Cabellas too while we are down there, or Smith and Edwards.

We got a Trailblazer this past week... thanks Taylors. We had an appointment to get our Malibu checked out, there was some squeaking and grinding going on in the back. Come to find out the brakes were shot... the whole break system in that back for that matter, the tires all needed replaced. Our friend Rod got us a super deal worked out on a 2008 Silver Trailblazer, Colby had spent the morning researching Trailblazers because he really likes them. He test drove some over a year ago and has never really let the idea of having one escape his mind. Now he has one ;o)

We got our first callings... well calling, we teach Temple Prep together! It's a good class, we have been able to learn a lot (at least I have) from the lessons we have studied. We are going to be teaching lesson two tomorrow about being worthy to go to the temple.

The last two weeks we have talked about the Plan of Salvation, the greatest plan ever made. It's so great to have a temple so close, it's just amazing at how busy we think our lives get and we think that we don't have time to go to the temple... when going to the temple is one of the most imporatant things we can do in this life.

So, I am excited to say I am 3 hours away from my finishing my last graveyard! We get new schedules at work, and I will be working 3 days shifts instead of 2 graves and 1 day shift. Yay!

I will be able to sleep at night like a normal person again!

Snowy Christmas......

It was for sure a white Christmas! So white Colby decided it was a good idea to get a snowblower for Christmas. Christmas Eve Colby had to work at Sears until 6 p.m., his family got together at noon that day to exchange presents and have lunch.

I had worked a grave the night before, so I wasn't planning on going until his sister told me they had room in their car and could ride up with them to Soda. I was able to go and watch the nieces and nephew (Gage was to small to open his own) open their presents. I took a lot of pictures for Uncle Colby.

When Colby got off work we headed to Rigby, we actually went to my Grandparents first had some of their left overs from dinner and opened a few presents then headed to my Mom's house.

Before heading North we decided to open the gifts we had got each other. I got a sleeping bag, an office computer game, gloves and the new LDS film Errand of Angels. Colby got two new hats, a pair of Crocs, giftcards to Wendy's and Artic Circle, a summer sausage and Birch Beer from Santa.

Christmas day was a snowy mess. We got up and there was about 6 inches of new snow. We opened presents and stockings before breakfast. While breakfast was cooking we hooked up the Wii, Colby shoveled Mom's sidewalk and part of the driveway. (What a good son-in-law he is)

We headed home in the late afternoon. We spun a few cookies right before the rest area near Shelly, the cookies were un-planned. Colby was driving (thank heavens) and was able to keep us on the road. We hit the back bumper on the guardrail... and we drove away with only a scratch on the back bumper. My tummy was doing cookies the whole rest of the way home though.

Upon returning home we found 12 inches of snow in our driveway... YES a foot of snow in about 24 hours. Colby was sure glad he had the snow blower. After the snow removal and un-loading the car we went to his sisters house and had waffles for dinner, Colby got a waffle iron for Christmas so he wanted to try it out. After dinner we played Mexican Train until about 12:30 a.m. and it was for sure bed time when we got home.

Since the snow was so abundant we didn't make it to Soda Springs to see Colby's Mom and Dad on Christmas, they came down Saturday evening before we all went to Lava Hot Springs and we had a late Christmas. Better late than never.

I did a semester of school, starting the day after I got home, my Stake President wouldn't allow me to go to my night class the day I got home. I jumped in head first. I worked on campus as an assistant to the office manager in the College of Business and Communication and that is when the Dean (of that college) asked me if I had done an internship and I told him I hadn't. It wasn't required for major until the next semester so I really hadn't put much thought into it. I started looking on-line and applied for a few here and there and ended up getting the one that I thought wouldn't be possible. I got to spend 4 months in Palmyra, New York working at the Palmyra Inn.

There I did all sorts of things- kind of like the utility player in softball. I really enjoyed the interaction with the people that came to visit the sites, or were not LDS and I got to bear testimony about the sites. I got to play manager when the "real" manager took a vacation, that was a learning experience, a good one. There were so many things I got to do while there. I got to see the Hill Cuhmorah Pageant.

Also, I ran into a missionary that I had met, while serving in State College, we were shocked to see each other again, especially on the East Coast. We are both from small towns in Idaho, so who would have thought we would run into each other in NY? His family left and about a week later I got a message on my wall from him asking what to do now that he was home, I just laughed because I didn't have anytime to think about what to do. I told him I didn't have any good advice and wished him luck. He wrote me a week after than and asked me for my phone number and we talked every night for about 2 months. His boss at the time flew him out to visit for a weekend. Our first date was driving from the airport, eating at a Friendly's and watching the Joseph Smith movie at the visitors center.

From New York I flew to SLC switched luggage and headed to Chicago about 8 hours after flying into SLC. Colby picked me up at the airport and we stayed at a chep hotel (we had to get two rooms so it had to be cheap) then I flew to Chicago with 13 other female BYU- Idaho students to put on a day camp for inter-city girls. Most of them were LDS. We had the camp at a church in Hyde Park, it was two weeks long. I got home the end of August and started school again in September, my last semester.

I graduated in December with a Bachelors of Science in Communication, with a minor in Exercise Science. In October Colby and I got engaged, General Confrence weekend. I waited until after graduation to start planning the wedding. We wanted a Spring wedding and decided on March. We moved to Preston, Idaho, to start our life together. He was working construction out of Logan, Utah, and I worked for the small town newspaper in Preston, The Preston Citizen. I again was a utility player. I wrote, took photos and did some designing.

Colby got hired on with Union Pacific Railroad so we knew a move was in the near future, since it was an hour plus drive from Preston. I started looking for a job in the Pocatello area, a girl that also went to Chicago told me about The Bannock Youth Foundation, and that they were hiring so I applied. I got the job and we moved. Wow! That's a lot of stuff to happen in just under two years. That's pretty much everything.

Okay, so it's not real. It's just the little reindeer on our blog. I was going to put up a dog, but I decided for the holidays I would use the reindeer and then get a dog after Christmas. I told Colby I found a way to have a dog in the house that wouldn't make a mess or require any care.... he just shook his head... I'm sure he was thinking "Wow, what a nerd."

Anyway, go ahead and play fetch with him! He loves Christmas cookies!

It's 6 a.m.- only 2 more hours until I can go home! Yay! I have to admit I have kind of been productive tonight though. I read about 4 articles/talks from the November Ensign and wrote in the family journal. Family assuming that Colby will write in it one of these days. ;o) Yes, I do know what assuming does. Having 8 hours you would think I would have been more productive. I watched Oceans 13, folded towels and cleaned part of the staff bathroom, that's productive, just not personal productivity. Yet those are the things I paid for...

Anyway, Colby starts working at Sears on Thursday. He is their newest appliance salesman, well part-time/seasonal. So if you need a fridge, washer, dryer, ect.... find him at the Sears in Pocatello.

Last week we decided to go out to dinner for a date/treat. We ended up going to Pizza Hut, then that way we had leftovers for another meal or two. We ordered a large meat lovers and a medium two topping ($6) on their special. Anyway, we were eating and I took a piece of the meat lovers, when I got it to my plate I thought there was an olive on it so I took my fork and picked it off... come to find out it was a NUT! Not the edible kind... now thinking about it I wonder were the BOLT that the NUT came off of was/is hiding. Our waitress was appalled. She took the nut and showed every employee and refunded us for the meat lovers. We were in shock! I think we left shortly after I found my treasure....

When we got home Colby said I should e-mail Pizza Hut about my experience so it didn't get "swept under the rug". Sure enough you can contact Pizza Hut through their web-site. I wrote about what had happened and today the called me and appologized. They also explained to me the process in which will take place at the local store. The manager recieved my e-mail along with the man that called me (from an Idaho number). The regional supervisor, SLC, will make a trip up to check on the equipment and store. The distributors that particular Pizza Hut uses is also going to be contacted.

That was one of our recent adventures... I told Colby that I'm a cheap date. We didn't have to pay for the most expensive part of our order and got two more meals out of it.

Another Late Night/ Early Morning...

So, I'm here at work sitting at the computer pretty much completly bored. I have up-loaded some photos to my Facebook account, labeled music on the computer put new photos on my SD Card for my digital frame and checked every e-mail I have. There is a mexican resturant across the street that is open 24/7 and there are people over there arguing at each other, I can almost hear what they are saying through the window, maybe it's a good thing I can't hear them though.

We had a good Thanksgiving... had dinner in Pocatello with Colby's parents, his sister and her family at her in-laws. There was a lot of food! After dinner we relaxed for a bit and then headed to Rigby. We were having family pictures with all my mom's family the next day, so we decided to go up a bit early.

We were at my Grandparents till almost 10 p.m. then we headed to my mom's where everyone was still awake and my littlest sister was debating she wanted to brave the Black Friday rush to get a camera. We looked at ads until about 1 a.m. when she finally decided she wanted to go. Colby, Val and I headed out the door at 4:05 a.m., to get to Staples in Idaho Falls that opened at 6 a.m. I went to Big 5 to get Colby something for Christmas and he headed to Sportsmans to save a place in line for another one of my little sisters. Val got her camera, there were only 2 available at the Idaho Falls store so she was super lucky! She was also super happy. After we all hit our own stores we went back to Sportsmans and picked up another gift, went to Shoe Carnival to see if my Aunt was still there and the to Desert Book, more gifts found.

After that Val and I took a nap. Colby didn't feel tired.... what a weirdo (just kidding). He ended up taking a nap later. When I woke up from my nap, we went to see my other sister, Min at work, they weren't busy at all so we went in and had lunch at Papa Kelsey's. Then it was time to get ready for pictures.

The picture session went pretty good... lots of flashes, funny faces and warm bodies. There was one funny that got the whole family laughing and smiling... one of my uncles tooted, he was standing right in the middle of everyone too! Needless to say the whole family smiled and the photo guy snapped a few shots. While different families were getting individual pics Colby was teaching tie tying lessons to my two cousins and my uncle. One of my cousins just got his mission call to Des Monies Iowa, so he wanted to know the best knot.

Photos were done and went to see another family in Rigby. I played with 2 little girls while Colby helped with some sound system wiring. I think I got the good part of the deal, playing with the girls and having them cuddle up and fall asleep on my lap. :o) That's why we DON'T need our own kids, we can play with someone elses.

It was back to work for me Saturday morning (oh, that's today, well kind of) and then I had 8 hours off and then it was back to work the graveyard. It's been a long day!

That's about all I can think of.... I'm sure if I get really bored again later I might find something else to write about!

Don't know what to title this posting because I'm not sure what I'm going to post about! It's 4:45 a.m., which first of all means I need to go do a bed check. I'm at work and am bored. I'm also starting to get sleepy, I still have another good 3 hours to go. It's been a long night, the next 3 hours will probably be long too. Blah!

Since I'm bored I was looking at the photos I have on the computer and decided to post this one. It looks almost to natural doesn't it? We may be girls but we still now how to fight. I did dislocate Lesley's shoulder once--- I swear I didn't hit her that hard.

I made this just after we got married, while I was still applying for jobs and being bored at home while Colby was working. I had to keep myself busy and entertained some how. I ended up making copies for our Mom's for Mother's Day. ENJOY!

First of all, I think Colby did pretty good for his first Blog posting, but then again I might be bias. He is awesome! I think I am the one that should be in the garage most of the time though.

We are getting things more organized in the apartment as time goes on. We at least know where most things are now, which is great. We have our address changed on everything- including the bills, darn it all.

Our new ward is AWESOME, even if they are having us speak. It for sure feels more like home than our last ward.

Colby is still working for the railroad, but is "laid off " meaning he only works two days a week. I am working 3 days a week at Square One, two of my shifts are graveyards, but I chose to take an extra grave and then not work on Sundays.

We have had a little extra fun these last few days, I walked into my closet Sunday to get clothes and the floor was wet. At first I thought it was just because my hair was dripping from getting out of the shower, nope something was leaking. Come to find out the tub needs re-sealed, so a little bit of caulk will do the trick (hopefully).

so first things first i have no computer skills and this thing is smarter than me my wife is sitting here trying to teach me how to run this little blog thing. you would think she had already used the last of her patience on me for the day but here we are at 11:44 pm and she has the willingness to show me what to do on this. even knowing the fact that a month from now i will probably be doing this again with my wife sitting here explaining it all over. its a dang good thing she loves me or i might just be sleeping in the garage as often as i get on her nerves. best wife i could ever ask for or even have.

We've Moved!

So- we got out of Preston a bit earlier then the last week of the month, which is good on the cars, the gas bills and us :o)
We are now in small town Inkom- just outside of Pocatello. Our new ward there is really nice- the people in town are friendly too!
We still have a ton of boxes and things to get un-packed and organized- but that's just part of moving. I got the Preston apartment scrubbed from top to bottom... it took forever! Good thing I had a radio.
Besides being worn out and having a few headaches and backaches we are good. Colby came home tonight and said that it was so nice not having to drive to Preston. He was exhausted- long day on a grain train.

So, boxes are starting to be packed (thanks to Colby for doing most of them) and I am now only working in Pocatello, so that means moving day is getting close! Which is good, I'm tierd of driving back and forth, I can imagine Colby is too. He has been doing it longer than I have. I don't think there is really anything else going on with us.

We are both working in Pocatello- yet living in Preston- Colby is only working to days a week, he got laid off, except for the two days so we can keep our benefits. I'm working in Preston also, for the paper until the middle of the month, and also at a place in Poky for crisis youth. I'm working a few days in both places- right now I'm on a graveyard shift. We will be moving to Inkom (Idaho) by the end of the month, so that will but us 45 minutes closer to Pocatello then we were/are in Preston.
Oh, the good days of life! We are glad that we didn't sign papers on the house we wanted, but sad at the same time. The roadblocks that kept coming up as we were trying to get happened for a reason- we would have been in big trouble if we would have signed on it. The Lord truly does have his hand in our lives. It may not be as we wish it would be at times.
Anyway, that's about it for us right now......

Shed Raising

A few weeks ago we went up to

Rigby, while there we went out the my grandparents house and my grandpa thought he was going to be able to put a roof on his re-constructed shed. Colby and my Uncle Rod jumped into help. Valerie was in charge of nails and MaLynn climbed up the ladder and helped with whatever she could. I did odds and end things and took pictures. I thought it was a prime opportunity to get pictures of them working together on it. I think they all had fun, Grandpa didn't have to do much work the others kind of just whipped it out. He was beaming. Grandma said he was so tickled and pleased. He said, "I just needed the right guys out here." That same day there was an article in the paper about a church being built by the Jehovah Witnesses and hundreds of people showed up to help, Grandpa told Grandma that the Jehovah Witnesses had nothing compared to him.

So, we've been married just over 6 months... which doesn't seem possible. We were married on March 8, 2008, in the Idaho Falls Temple. We had very basic receptions, one in Rigby and in Soda Springs. We currently live in Preston, Idaho. I work for the newspaper here in town The Preston Citizen and Colby works for Union Pacfic Railroad.

We went to Lagoon last month... Colby went on the Sky Coaster with a couple of girls from my home town. They screamed and thought about spitting on my while they flew by. Thankfully they didn't. After going to Lagoon we drove to Midvale and ate at Five Guys Burgers and Fries, which is a resturant that is normally found on the East Coast. They have started bringing them out West... Yay! It's sooo good! Anyway, I don't really know what else to write.
